I first met Jana ACE Wunderlich during a very hard time in my life when I was going through a divorce and had to sell my home. I found her through the advertisements she had placed on other homes. I originally signed with a real estate agent with whom I became dissatisfied. I was so discouraged. I was lucky enough to sign with Jana and have her represent me. She marketed my home and had open houses every weekend...well only two, because she sold my home by the third open house. She was there every step of the way during this sale to help make it as smooth as possible...which wasn't easy for her because she had to work, separately, with both my ex and me. We actually closed that escrow early! Jana continued to be a great friend over the next few years, so it was only natural for me to go back to her when I decided to buy again. I wondered to myself would she be as good a realtor when working with me to buy a home. Well, she was every bit as good! She found a beautiful new home for my kids and me. She also introduced me to a person to help me with the loan process. Jana also explained all the paperwork involved in the purchase. When I came across a small problem after I moved in I called Jana who came right over and handled it. She did not just disappear after the purchase. She has become a good friend. I recommend her highly to any and all of my friends and neighbors. I truly believe she is the BEST in her field!

I met Jana through my mortgage broker who knew her personally and professionally when he helped me write a last minute offer on a town house on which Jana was the listing agent. My impression of Jana was that she was a strong, no-nonsense, real estate professional. This was great! She was exactly who I needed to help me quickly sell a house that my former husband and I owned.
